Put Colors in Your Dreams
As we enter into REM mode of our sleep, we begin to dream. In REM sleep, the central nervous system become very active, which means that even though a person snooze off in bed, many parts of the brain and nerves remain active. Most basic actions of our body functioned through the central nervous system; it is mainly responsible for our ability to use our sense of sight, sound, and taste. Our experiences in dreams are brought to use by the never ending activity of the central nervous system.
The colors of your dreams
Researches and studies show that people can actually dream in color, however there is no absolute proof to it, most people do seem to have color in their dreams. Since the nervous system is still active even as we sleep, it also makes sense that not only color, but sounds, taste, and smell would also be part of the dreams.
Dreaming in color
Vivid colors in our dreams are a strong implication that a person might be able to have a lucid or conscious dream. Lucid dreams are dreams in which we know we are dreaming, typically this happens when the dreamer experiences something strange, and when they able to control the dreams. One way to know that you are in lucid dreams is when you notice the vibrant colors in dreams. Amazing experiences in lucid dreams such as impressing and realistic visual images, so good it is almost close to reality.
